JOB SUMMARY

As the Director of Recruitment for Elite Dental Partners you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional dental care across multiple locations. You will lead a team responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring our offices are staffed with skilled professionals who align with our values and standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.Utilize innovative sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.Enhance Elite Dental Partner's employer brand to attract top talent in the dental industry.Create compelling job advertisements and marketing materials that reflect our company culture and values.Represent Elite Dental Partner's at industry events, career fairs, and conferences to promote our brand and opportunities.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline onboarding processes and integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).Use data-driven insights to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a workforce that reflects the communities we serveREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience 10 years in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry, with 5 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employment branding.QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
