We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team at our Albuquerque facility. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control within the manufacturing process. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of quality technicians. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QMS in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practices. o Ensure all quality processes align with organizational goals and customer requirements. Quality Assurance and Control:Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. o Implement statistical process control methods to monitor and improve product quality. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the water filtration or membrane industry. Proven experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 quality systems. Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or similar certification is preferred.
