Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO (newly created) to join our growing client, a private manufacturing company in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic finance, M&A transactions, and extensive management experience. This leadership role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals to drive growth and profitability.M&A Transactions:
Lead and oversee all mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration processes.Financial Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Management Leadership:
Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters, presenting to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.Risk Management:
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Cost Management:
Analyze and optimize cost structures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong focus on manufacturing.Proven experience in M&A transactions and strategic financial planning.Demonstrated management experience, with the ability to lead and develop finance teams.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
