LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility to ensure timely completion of project workManage project teamProvide administrative oversight for all phases of workOversee/Inspect the work of contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order processCommunicate directly with the clientProvide technical evaluations, advice, and guidanceOversee safety and securityManage multi-contractor projects as well as contractor compliance with project documentsCreate and track Field Orders and Change OrdersAssess impact of change requests or delays on the project schedule and budgetEnsure compliance with the project specific construction management plan
Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years of successful construction project management experience with emphasis in public work projectsBachelor’s degree in construction management or engineeringHealthcare project experience requiredStrong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executivesProvide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and qualityAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple taskWe are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.Competitive Total Compensation PackageEmployee- Only Stock Purchase PlanMentoring programsContinuing Education ProgramEmployee referral bonusVolunteer/Industry association opportunitiesOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
