As a Copywriter you will be supporting our Lead Copywriter and Marketing teams to see editorial projects from beginning to end. In this role, you'll write creative and engaging romance copy that converts for the OLAPLEX brand website and marketing channels to support business needs and reinforce brand visions. You will also work on promotional emails, site banners, in-store signage, and other ad-hoc customer communications across all consumer touchings.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the OLAPLEX voice while writing for all mediums: olaplex.com, marketing emails, CRO, paid advertising, and promotionsStrategize and write copy for sales and other promotion events across olaplex.com, email, digital, retail, and B2B assetsWrite engaging subject lines, headlines, and sub-copy for emailsWork with Project Management and Creative teams to ensure deadlines are met and edits are executed for final review and approvalsWork with Integrated and Brand Marketing teams to create collateral for events and ad-hoc projectsOwn process of assigned projects from briefing through QAWork closely with Lead Copywriter to execute editorial content and creative solutions to translate Marketing initiativesResearch existing and emerging commerce sites using editorial content in innovative waysAbout You:At least 3-5 years of copywriting or editorial writing experienceStrong communication skills and the ability to be energized by challengesExcellent writing skills with a strong portfolio dedicated to creative approaches as well as copy that achieves business objectivesHighly organized with an ability to manage multiple projectsTeam player excited to partner with colleagues across the creative and marketing teamExcellent proofreading skills and attention to detailWe'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement. The annual base pay for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
