Build and nurture a collaborative, best-in-class partnership with distributor field team members and salons that result in disproportionate influence for the brandDeliver against personal performance metrics, including sales per distributor salesperson, sales per salon, portfolio depth, and sales per transactionSuccessfully build and grow the target market and target salon type through the effective execution of distributor sales plans and the OLAPLEX sales strategyMaster knowledge of the OLAPLEX brand, products, and programs, and confidently convey this knowledge to professional salons and distributor partnersTrain distributor salespeople on the art and science of selling OLAPLEX, including product differentiation, client results, salon success factors, and overcoming objectionsAssist distributor sales teams in identifying and securing new target salons and consulting on business promotions and strategies with OLAPLEX salon owners and stylists after accounts are activatedWork closely with the Sales Director to achieve overall channel sales targetsUpdate weekly account activity in the CRM systemBuild credible and collaborative working relationships with internal cross-functional/cross-channel colleagues, including Education, Marketing, and OLAPLEX AdvocatesIdentify and advise OLAPLEX management of any opportunities for improvement within distributor teams, procedures, or processesReport competitive market activity and customer insights to the companyAbout You:
Ability to accommodate up to 75% of travel within the US and Canada (US passport holder)Passion for the professional beauty industryMinimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven history of reaching or exceeding sales targetsHigh comfort level presenting to and training groupsSelf-motivated, resourceful, and solution-orientedAbility to learn and master new information quicklyStrong communication and presentation skillsPrior knowledge and passion for OLAPLEX a plusOur Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus.
