We are seeking a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership particularly in managing tasks related to P&L responsibilities and communications. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work in a fast-paced international setting, especially those interested in contributing to our transformation program aimed at enhancing customer-centricity.

RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative Support:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives with P&L responsibilities.Task Organization:

Assist senior leaders in organizing tasks, prioritizing projects, and ensuring timely completion of objectives.Communication Management:

Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization, acting as a liaison between executives and various departments.Support Transformation Initiatives:

Help drive the transformation program toward a customer-centric organization by supporting project coordination and tracking progress.Document Management:

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents related to P&L and transformation initiatives.Research:

Conduct research and gather information to support strategic decision-making and project goals.Office Management:

Assist in maintaining a productive and organized office environment.REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, HR, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Bilingual is highly desirable for effective communication in our international environment, but not required.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
