$5,000 hiring bonusExpectations Deliciously Exceeded.Job PurposeSupport the company’s maintenance program by focusing on plant equipment and building maintenance in a manner that meets and complies with all food safety policies and OSHA regulations.Essential FunctionsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with plant equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, HVAC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems)Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with plant equipment (e.g., wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, electrical installations, transformers, motors, and AC/DC motor drives)Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipmentPerform building maintenance and repairs (e.g., air conditioning, lights, forklifts)Perform small repairs on equipment to prevent long-term downtime until permanent repairs can be completedReport food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnelComply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresPerform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)2-year degree in electronics/maintenance mechanics or 3+ years in maintenance mechanic roleExperience with repair or preventive maintenance in hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop, electricity, or electronicsWorking knowledge of CMMSWorking knowledge of lockout/tagout programsWorking knowledge of boiler operationsExperience with ammonia, freon, or other cooling mediaAbility to stick or tig weld small repairsIntermediate computer skills including experience with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work with basic mathematical concepts to identify solutionsAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to complete assigned tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Expectations (Exhibit and Promote Company's Core Values)People: We engage, empower, and appreciate our people- they are our finest ingredientSafety: We invest in systems, policies, and training that ensure safetyCustomer Partnerships: We make decisions with the customer experience in mind and ensure win/win outcomesCollaboration: We leverage each other's unique experiences to drive the best outcomes for our expanding companyCommunication: We inform and listen to our team members, customers, suppliers, and investorsResults: We prioritize activities that drive profitable growth, and we celebrate our achievementsAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
