Boston, MA $75K-90K Bonus Profit Sharing In-office role, with complimentary breakfast and lunch provided daily KBW has partnered with a leading hedge fund manager with over $10 billion of net assets under management. Responsibilities: Perform monthly accounting and reconciliation of partner investments and cash flows. Collect, organize, record, and retain quarterly and year-end tax deliverables (e.g., quarterly tax estimates, IRS 1065 K-1s, IRS Foreign Reporting Forms). Assist in obtaining and preparing tax documents and collaborate with outside tax preparers. Approve and process payment of expenses. Organize and maintain financial records. Transfer information into financial software databases. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with balance sheets and investment summaries for high-net-worth individuals. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and integrity in all responsibilities.
