(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).Please provide references upon resume submission.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the construction and rehabilitation projects for various clientsAssist the Senior and Associate Architects to deliver services that are responsive to the critical needs of our client agenciesWork on projects that are budget and deadline driven and require extensive knowledge of building and fire codes, architectural standardsDrafting and modifying Architectural drawings at all phasesReviewing design documents and construction estimatesAssisting in coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawingsResearching products and materialsPerforming constructability reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited college is required.Proficiency with 3D Modeling software such as Sketch Up Pro, Rhino 3D Max or Adobe Creative Suite is a plusKnowledge of International and Local Building Codes is a plusStrong conceptual, communication, planning and organization skills and capability of working both individually and in a team environment on a variety of projects and tasksOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
