Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsTax Filings & Compliance: Serve as the primary contact for all tax filings, including federal, state, and foreign income taxes, sales/use taxes, and property taxes. Coordinate with third-party tax service providers and manage internal PBC (Prepared by Client) requests.Financial Close Process: Support the monthly financial close to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This includes: Preparing month-end journal entries Reconciling balance sheet accounts Conducting variance analyses Creating management reportsCash Accounting & Reporting: Focus on cash accounting as a key area, including: Weekly cash flow forecasting Daily and monthly cash reconciliation ERP System Transition & Integration: Assist with implementing streamlined accounting processes as we adopt a new ERP system.
Collaborate to resolve any discrepancies across ERP modules (e.g., inventory, COGS, accounts payable) in our multi-location environment.Audit & Reporting Compliance: Contribute to all audits, investor and management reporting, and ensure all tax filings are completed on schedule. Address and resolve audit findings, discrepancies, and compliance issues as they arise.Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
