JOB SUMMARY:

The

Warehouse Operator

is supporting Novocure's warehousing activities in the Portsmouth facility. This includes receiving incoming material by verifying correct product & quantities, preparing shipments including kit preparation and the completion of appropriate documentation, maintaining relevant stock levels and other functional groups in the warehouse. This position is a patient focused role that supports the patients for their start of therapy and continued delivery of equipment and needs for continuation of therapy.

This full time, nonexempt position is located in our Portsmouth, NH facility and reports to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Unload delivery trucks in a safe and effective mannerExamine incoming shipments, verify condition and quantity, and match to documentationPerform correct transactions to receive inventory from a patient or from a vendorMove incoming materials to the correct location(s)Maintain records on incoming shipmentsProper cleaning of equipment according to procedure that has been used by patientsEnsure activities comply with the applicable Novocure Quality System requirementsPlace pallets in racking using material handling equipment safelyMaintain FIFO operations in the warehouseAbility to perform accurate inventory countNotify manager when inventory levels are outside the Kanban levelsWarehouse maintenanceEnsure activities comply with the applicable Novocure Quality System requirementsAbility to pick, pack and ship ordersPerform correct transactions to transfer inventory to patients or DSS teamCorrectly fill out all documentation to ship ordersCorrectly label all hazmat shipments to DOT/IATA regulationsCorrectly fill out international documents as requiredLoad delivery trucks in a safe and effective mannerMaintain records on outgoing shipmentsConfirm deliveries have been made to patientsConform to HIPPA rules and regulationsEnsure activities comply with the applicable Novocure Quality System requirementsPatient focused and customer orientated to assure the arrival of equipment is on time for our patients and packaged professionallyQUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years relevant experienceGood written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, ability to multi-taskTeam driven, able to work within/out of the departmentExecute responsibilities with minimal direct supervisionHigh attention to detailAbility to use typical software packages (i.e.: MS Office, Master Control, etc.) with minimal trainingComplete training and demonstrate safe operation of material handling equipmentExperience preferred, but not requiredUnderstanding of GMP, GDP or ISO 14385 is a plusOTHER:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
