The Events Assistant at XTalk Prep Consultants is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of company events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and assisting in event promotion. The Events Assistant plays a crucial part in creating memorable experiences that reflect our brand's values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing events, including meetings, workshops, and corporate gatherings.Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment.Collaborate with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure event success.Prepare and manage event materials, guest lists, and schedules.Support event promotion by coordinating communications and marketing efforts.Provide on-site support during events to address any immediate needs and ensure smooth operations.Gather and report feedback post-event to improve future event planning.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in event planning or coordination.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software is a plus.Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality experience.Benefits
