We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our dynamic team. Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetingsCoordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as necessaryHandle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone callsAssist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetingsOrganize and maintain files, records, and databases in an efficient mannerPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring office supplies are stockedRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingBonus Points:
