WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications:Business Systems Consultant II: $95,000 - $105,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.Business Systems Consultant III: $105,000 - $120,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Facilitate complex, data-driven projects by gathering requirements, documenting processes and managing execution using concise meeting notes and lifecycle documentation.
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and ensure the quality of data from diverse IT systems, apply statistical techniques for trend analysis, and develop predictive models for decision-making.
Reporting and Visualization: Create clear and informative reports and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Utilize data visualization tools to effectively present complex information.
Predictive Analytics & Business Case Development: Develop predictive models to forecast infrastructure capacity requirements, identify potential issues, and optimize resource allocation. Conduct cost/benefit analyses, feasibility assessments, and build business cases for process changes, applying deep understanding of IT workflows and compliance.
Engagement & Collaboration: Work closely with IT operations, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, delivering tailored communication and data-driven reports and dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences.
WHAT YOULL BRING:Seven or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Consultant.
Understanding of the processes needed to meet business objectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, etc.) and proven experience providing data-driven recommendations.
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations or security concepts.
Track record of applying advanced written and verbal communication skills to convey high-level information to various stakeholders.

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:Exposure to business analysis/project management techniques, processes and tools (JIRA), O365 Suite.
Bachelor's degree in computer science,?statistics,?mathematics?or a related field.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA); Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK); Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK); Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability & Requirements (ADKAR).
