Job Duties :

The person in this position will:
Review, verify and GL coding invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Generate purchase orders when necessary.
3-way match invoices to purchase orders and receipts for verify their accuracy.
Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.
Process expense report in Concur.
Prepare weekly aging report for management review and get approval for payment.
Generate purchase orders when necessary.
Process 1099 for year end
Scan docs into folders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Cover front desk as a backup and answer phone call.
Assist other team members as needed.
Prompt and regular attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed:
The ability to read, write and comprehend in English. The ability to calculate basic math functions. The ability to communicate effectively with others. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
