Come grow with us!About the role:We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts and help shape our brand presence in the market. This role is crucial in developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that align with Ndustrial's business goals to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager

will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing marketing campaigns, optimizing our customer acquisition strategies and collaborating closely with sales and product teams. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and increase brand awareness.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and

content strategy, including digital content, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Maintain and update the company websiteManage budgets for marketing campaigns and report on performance metrics.Liaise with external partners and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to refine marketing strategies.Track and measure KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and driving measurable resultsStrong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to inform decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaignsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslySolid understanding of digital marketing, product marketing, SEO, and social media marketingAbility to embrace and exemplify Ndustrial’s core values: Customer First, Curiosity, Quality, TeamworkAt Ndustrial, we foster an inclusive and diverse workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talent.
