Come grow with us!About the role:Ndustrial is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Strategic Business Development for Supply Chain Electrification. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving growth by developing and implementing innovative strategies that expand our footprint in the electrification sector of the supply chain. This role combines business acumen with a deep understanding of energy management, sustainability, and technology in industrial applications.You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and enhance our value proposition in the market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a track record of generating results in a complex and evolving landscape.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and scaling the eTRU program.Identify new site opportunities through market research and outreach to stakeholders.Oversee product development, site construction, billing, and uptime management.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams on pricing and cost management.Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders.Analyze market trends to identify differentiation opportunities and participate in industry events.Lead negotiations and develop legal agreements with new clients.Create compelling business cases for C-suite executives, promoting sustainability initiatives.Mentor and lead a business development team to achieve collective goals.Monitor and report on business development efforts, driving international expansion and diversification, including EV charging.Minimum Requirements:10+ years of proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships, specifically in the supply chain and/or energy sectors.Strong knowledge of electrification technologies, energy management systems, EV Charging, and sustainability initiatives.Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing strategic plans that lead to business growth.Experienced in developing new business and financial models, including Energy-as-a-Service, to provide innovative solutions to the market.Knowledge and experience securing cleantech incentives, such as tax credits, government grants, carbon credits, etc.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.Experience in negotiations and contract management.Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.Ability to embrace and exemplify Ndustrial’s core values: Customer First, Curiosity, Quality, Teamwork.At Ndustrial, we foster an inclusive and diverse workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talent.
