What You’ll Get to Do:CACI's Corporate Enterprise Services Cyber Security Team is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer. As a member of the Cyber Security Team, you will work to create and maintain a DFARS compliant operating environment for CACI’s users by protecting network boundaries, designing and supporting hardened computer, network devices, cloud services, and provide security services to protect highly sensitive data for our endpoints, servers, and OT/IoT.The candidate will work directly with our Cyber Security team to support all major activities with a cyber security focus. Additional responsibilities include technical risk assessment, testing and validation of remediation for vulnerabilities, and compliance guidance for our networking environments. Candidate will support governance of appropriate policy and compliance technology to meet or exceed applicable government and compliance.
More about this Role:Provide robust cybersecurity related guidance for supported CACI networks and supporting infrastructure inclusive of Software Defined Networking (SDN), Wireless, Layer-2 and Layer-3 IP networks hardware, and OT/IoTWork with programs to assess the security risk and compliance levels of their system(s)Research trends in cybersecurity threats as well as NIST 800 standards in support of these systemsCreation of mitigation strategies and follow up with stakeholders to ensure risk levels are documented at the appropriate levels and follow through with report writing as appropriateUse knowledge of networking technologies to maintain a 0-trust environment throughout CACIUse data aggregation and analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable insight into the security posture of CACI’s infrastructureWork within CACI and third parties to ensure that all networking technologies are engineered and deployed with security in mind by following industry best practices and are compliant within applicable guidelines.
