The Sales Director's core responsibility is to drive adoption of TripleIift's Innovative CTV product suite by identifying, qualifying and selling new and prospective clients on its value. This seller will be working individually and collaboratively alongside our HoldCo sales team to drive success.Additional key responsibilities include scaling CTV go-to-market strategies and partnering with internal supply & product marketing teams to build effective narratives. The best candidate brings relationships with them to the table, and they are comfortable presenting at both a tactical and strategic level; all the while educating and influencing key decision makers throughout the agency. They will be well versed in selling CTV solutions to either linear teams, video investment teams or programmatic buyers. This role can be located in either Chicago or New York.Responsibilities:Drive familiarity, adoption, and revenue for TripleLift's CTV offeringsLead sales and business development activities for a targeted list of HoldCo agency accountsGrow existing relationships with clients to establish a CTV and video presence on established client accountsCollect, aggregate, and disseminate customer feedback on Triplelift's CTV offerings to product leaders inside the company to enhance and refine our offering to meet customer needs.Develop new client relationships to expand TripleLift's CTV and video offering footprintCollaborate with Research, Product Marketing & Engineering on in-market needs and future resourcesAnticipate CTV and video offering needs for current and future clientsUtilize a solution-selling philosophy by uncovering key business requirements and pain points, to further sell through TL's solutions that meet the clients' needs.Drive adoption and increase annual commitments with agency holding companiesRepresent TripleLift at industry-relevant functions to increase TripleLift's visibility and influence annual commitmentsDevelop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned agenciesEngage with Operations, Demand Partnerships, and Marketing teams regarding new product solutions and releasesPartner with HoldCo and the Marketing Team to create narratives that resonate with Kargo's unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomesMeet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales planSuperior analytical skills and a firm grasp of their customers' needsMaintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through TripleLift's CRM (Salesforce).The Requirements:8+ years in digital, media or ad tech sales6+ years of advanced TV advertising experienceExperience in selling CTV to agency holdco's, via managed service and/or programmaticDeep relationships within the advertising industry, specifically CTVFamiliarity with TV Measurement and/or Linear planningCTV Technical expertiseAbility to work individually and collaborativelyOutstanding presentation skillsExcellent communication, both internally and externallyProven executive presence and relationship-building skillsMust be willing to travelLocation: New York or ChicagoUS Jobs:

The below range represents the potential on target earnings for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance. This range includes both base and potential variable compensation and is not guaranteed.The range listed is just one component of TripleLift's total compensation package for employees.
