Senior Director, Product Marketing

Job Summary

The senior director, Product Marketing develops and implements product marketing programs, and takes a key role in ensuring effective product messaging. The Senior Director of Product Marketing will shape our product offerings and how we position them internally and externally. This dynamic, high-impact position will collaborate closely across functions including marketing, Technology, and Revenue to drive Prove product awareness, adoption, and retention.

Responsibilities

Enable sales and product teams with market and competitive intelligenceDevelop and implement price plans to support overall product strategyDistill key functionality and benefits into product position, messaging frameworks, and outbound sales and marketing materialsEstablish and monitor key marketing metrics that enable the success of products and solutionsEstablish marketing and communications plans that lead to successful product growth and profitabilityManage marketing activities for new product development, including requirements documentation, concept and design development, project management, and market introductionBuild, implement, and optimize proven product marketing processes, including repeatable frameworks and models for communicationPlan the launch of new products and release and manage the cross-functional implementation of the planDevelop market business plans by researching the customers and trendsAct as a product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, and support for the product and its features across the organizationPromote, maintain, and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadershipExhibit a strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training

Experience

10+ years’ experience in a related field positionExperience in high growth/pre-IPO Technology companies is a plusExperience developing go-to-market plans and with clear data-driven resultsStrong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external trainingProven ability to maintain, and enhance cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadershipDemonstrated success working cross-functionally across product, sales, and training teamsProven ability to create go-to-market positions and strategies

The anticipated salary range for this role is $225,000-$255,000, plus company bonus and stock options. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
