Job SummaryThe Enterprise sales Director will have a hunter mentality and have experience in selling new business into the larger enterprise customers. Experience selling within the Identity, Authentication, Fintech and/or Security industries is a plus.ResponsibilitiesBecome a trusted partner selling Prove strategic solutions that meet/exceed the business needs of the client/prospect; ultimately driving towards meeting and exceeding sales quota (AGV/ACV bookings and in year revenue)Build and maintain relationships with enterprise level clients, understanding the organization's strategic initiatives in digital identity and authentication as well as a deep knowledge of the prospect’s organizational structure and decision/buying processDevelop a deep knowledge of how Prove solutions meet the client/prospect's use case as well as exhibition a strong passion for continued learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training experienceIndependently build and manage your direct sales pipeline in assigned accounts and/or a geographic regionConduct discovery sessions to clearly understand the prospect's business needs, priorities, budget, timing and key KPIsTranslate data study results to an executive summary that clearly articulates how Prove met the data study business objectivesPrepare prospect proposals, negotiate business terms and manage the overall contractual processLeverage cross functional resources and teammates effectively and efficiently to drive sales process through effective communication and manage through expectations setUtilize internal resources efficiently and effectively to drive the sales process with clear thought leadershipPromote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadershipExperience3 to 5 years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS based solutions with a strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals over $250k in ACV/ARRExperience and relationships with fintech, healthcare, insurtech and/or retail companies a plusSales hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial spiritStrong history of quota attainmentPossesses the ability to communicate simply, articulately while exuding confidence and humilityMust have the ability to tell a compelling business story, deeply understand the prospects business goals and lead a sales processDesire to understand and communicate the underlying technology to business prospectsUnderstanding of the security ecosystem with a focus on IdentityStrong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a business solution centric mindsetA self-starter. The anticipated salary range for this role in New York is $150,000-160,000 , plus company bonus and stock options.
