This role is a Senior Product Manager supporting the roadmap for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including the Real Time Client Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Client Journey Analytics (CJA).The Senior Product Manager reports to the Group Product Manager leading the roadmap for CDP, AJO, and CJA capabilities and its integration across enterprise channels. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a strong ability to think broadly and influence others while working closely with technology, marketing, LOB, and risk partners to ensure successful delivery of capabilities and corresponding enablers.The role balances business, data, technology and design priorities to deliver brand-defining personalized client experiences. The Product Manager will work with the Group Product Manager to convert the personalization vision into epics, features and user stories that Agile delivery teams can prioritize and execute.The Senior Product Manager is a thought leader amongst their team. The Product Manager has business goals and is responsible for maintaining a strategic delivery roadmap that supports those business goals. In this position, the person must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, and working with delivery teams for development). This position will also help capture and manage demand related to development of the platform capabilities and integration opportunities.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, marketing technologies, client data platforms, and have familiarity with AEP, AJO and CJA services. This person should be able to move fluidly between business stakeholders and technology teams to prioritize the highest value items for delivery and provide stakeholders recommendations on how features can be enabled to support personalization strategies.Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Specific activities may change from time to time.Responsible for execution of the Adobe Experience Platform roadmap.Create and support intake processes related to demand generated by LOB and functional partners.Write epics, features and user stories in support of the defined roadmap, working with partners to prioritize across teams.Develop feature backlog and lead deliverables including business use case development, requirements capture, discovery activities, and journey architecture recommendationsDeliver features through a combination of new development, iteration of current features, and integration with other Adobe products and Truist enterprise applications and systems.Set Planning Increment (PI) vision, priority and definition, partnering with supporting teams on feature prioritization and delivery timelines.Obtain partner alignment and approvals including risk, privacy, legal, compliance, and others as needed.Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap, sharing analysis with partners.Be an expert with respect to the competition, industry trends, and changing customer needs.Demonstrate thought leadership and champion the business vision across the company.Analyze the market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. Translate analyses into sound recommendations based on data and experience.Collaborate with a wide variety of partners to align on strategy and help develop a delivery roadmap that supports business goals.Collaborate and engage key stakeholders, including lines of business, operations, and other functional areas in the planning and execution of projects.Risk management: Ensure all Product Management Lifecycle (PML) process & procedures are followed, supporting security, risk, audit, and more, and ensure action items and deadlines are met. Lead risk presentations, working with other PM and PO partners on evidence to support recommendations.Attend Agile ceremonies, as applicable.Create documents and process flows to support internal processes and development activities.Mentor other Product Managers on product management practices.Qualifications
