Our commitment is to provide the most comprehensive and reliable analytics platform accessible and trusted by all.About the RoleThe Executive Assistant role at Mixpanel is a high value and highly trusted EA position. You will become the right hand to our CEO and People/Legal/Finance team executives to make their time more efficient and productive. You will also be a cultural champion in Mixpanel’s beautiful San Francisco offices on the water at Pier 1 in San Francisco. You will help with project planning and helping to organize matters for the company’s executive staff. And you will preempt the needs and requirements of the executives you support, and be one step ahead of the game, while always maintaining confidentiality, integrity & professionalism. This role requires proactiveness, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple high priority requests, while interfacing professionally with people inside and outside the company.This role has in-office expectations of 3-5 days per week, as well as supporting in person events happening in the SF office and occasionally elsewhere.Responsibilities

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
