Job DescriptionFabletics is currently looking for a Workday Functional Lead.
How Do You Fit In?The Workday Functional Lead is directly responsible for the maintenance of security, system configuration, integrations, business processes, change management and project management associated with the company’s HRIS systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday with an emphasis on Workday Integrations, Reporting, Time Tracking, and Security. This role will leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of human resources and end users of various HR systems and provide ongoing technical expertise on new functionality, system upgrades, configuration and testing, and reporting and analytics.
This position will report to the Director, HRIS.
What you will do:
Integrations: Manages Design, implementation, delivery and support of Integration projects and functionality using Workday Studio, RaaS, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), complex calculated fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, and XSLT.
Advanced Report Writing: Create, maintain, and process standard and custom ad-hoc reports and dashboards, to meet business needs (including Matrix, Trending, and Composite reports).
Time-Tracking: Serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Time-Tracking configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Day-to-day Operations: Work to resolve issues, system troubleshooting, manage severity assignments and set priorities for resolution.
Innovation: Keep up with market trends and tool innovations and investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing automation.
Workday Release Management: Oversee and communicate new Workday releases as needed and ensure expected system operations across upgrades.
Mentorship: Lead and coach HR teams to develop system expertise and drive successful business processes.
What you can bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7-8 years expert level experience in Workday tools and technologies, including Workday integrations, Web Services, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, SOAP, REST API, SQL, BIRT Reporting, EIB, RaaS, Cloud Connect, etc.
Experience leading complex Workday implementation and integration efforts with corporate solutions (ADP GlobalView, SailPoint, StoreForce, Accutime, 15Five, Oracle).
Workday module certifications preferred (e.g. WorkdayPro, HR / HCM, Integration, Time Tracking Certifications).
Experience with additional Workday modules (Absence Management, Performance, Learning, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Journeys).
Strong interpersonal & project management skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors as well as people within the organization.
Proficiency in data analysis within Workday, including generating reports, creating custom reports, and utilizing Workday's reporting tools effectively (e.g. Report Advanced Writer, Calculated fields etc.).

The annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000-$140,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
