This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the company.Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
