As the Human Resources Business Partner for the Extended Access Technologies (EAT) Business Area, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. The HR Business Partner will support the Business Area leadership team and their organizations to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. The HRBP will proactively consult with leaders and recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes while translating current and future business needs into an overall integrated strategic HR plan.
This crucial team member will serve as consultant and advisor to Business Area & Unit leadership in the effective management of their workforce by delivering exceptional service and influence with regards to employee relations, coaching, performance management, organizational design analysis and implementation, change management, talent assessments, leadership development, succession planning programs and more. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for defining and executing required strategic HR solutions while coordinating and collaborating with HR's Center of Excellence teams and other HRBPs for global HR consistency and local/regional HR People Partners on the delivery.
The EAT Human Resources Business Partner will report directly to the SVP & Head of Extended Access Technologies Business Areas. This highly visible role will provide ample opportunity to be intimately involved in all aspects of the Business Area's strategy.

As our Global HR Business Partner, you'll support HID's success by:
Strategic Partnership:
Developing a deep understanding of the business areas, their goals, and challenges. Collaborating closely with business area leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive performance and growth.
HR Planning and Strategy:
Working closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the achievement of business goals. Providing insights and recommendations on talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Talent Management:
Partnering with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Driving talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes to build a high-performance culture.
Employee Engagement:
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall employee experience.
Change Management:
Leading and supporting change management initiatives within the business areas, including organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and process improvements. Providing guidance and support to leaders and employees to navigate and adapt to change effectively.
M&A Leadership:
Working in collaboration with the broader HR organization as the accountable leader to ensure cultural and strategic alignment. Ensuring all stages from due diligence to post-merger are effectively implemented to ensure a seamless cultural and operational transition.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilizing HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Demonstrated experience in change management and reorganization.
Proven ability to drive and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
Your Experience and Education include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Over 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years in a strategic HR role.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
Additional Required Skills:
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
