We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including high vacuum, sub-micron precision, exotic chemistry, advanced imaging, and other state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. This role involves over 50% hands-on equipment support.Drive the manufacturing equipment capital acquisition process from concept to installation.Work with suppliers to select and purchase spare parts and coordinate service visits.Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs in a manufacturing environment.Develop preventative maintenance (PM) and repair procedures and determine spare parts requirements.Drive hardware improvements and automation projects.Collaborate closely with process engineers and operators to support both volume production and R&D process development.Assist in the retirement of legacy tools.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:6 years of direct semiconductor manufacturing engineering experience in etch, deposition, or lithography.BA/BS degree in engineering or closely related field.Strong project management experience in a technical setting.Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and solve complex problems.Ability to learn on the job and work with cutting-edge technologies and processes.Desire to work in a highly technical organization with a strong and inclusive team.Ideal Candidate Attributes:10 or more years of direct semiconductor manufacturing engineering experience in etch, deposition, or lithography.MS degree in engineering.Experience working across disciplines including mechanics, electronics, materials science, chemistry.Experience handling chemistry and working with hazardous production materials (HPMs) in a manufacturing environment.Experience working with contractors and managing facilities projects (plumbing, electrical, general).Experience with semiconductor manufacturing techniques is highly desired.Proficiency with CAD software (Solidworks, Siemens NX, CREO, etc.).This critical role will be based at our headquarters in Santa Rosa, CA.Pay Range:USD $119,610.00 - USD $199,340.00 YearNote: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by regionThis role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus ProgramUS Employees may be eligible for the following benefits:Medical, dental and visionHealth Savings AccountHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsLife, Accident, Disability insuranceBusiness Travel Accident and Business Travel Health401(k) PlanFlexible Time Off, Paid HolidaysPaid Family LeaveDiscounts, PerksTuition ReimbursementAdoption AssistanceESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan)Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
