LiveIntent is looking for an experienced, energetic, proven
Senior Sales Director
within our Agency and Brand Sales team. The ideal candidate has significant advertising sales and leadership experience in digital media with a proven track record of winning new business and building relationships. You will be responsible for working with our agency and brand partners to drive awareness, exposure, and performance strategies through LiveIntent’s offerings. You will be an integral part of our growing sales team on the East Coast. This is a NYC-based role.
ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue by leveraging established relationships with Fortune 1,000 Brands while also proactively identifying opportunities to create new and impactful relationships; with a strong ability to respond to client needs with thoughtful, tailored, and highly effective proposals.Develop and execute a strategic revenue plan that achieves goals and grows market share through relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers at holding companies, agencies, and brands.Develop robust pipeline, category, and territory strategies.Deliver marketplace feedback and client challenges to improve sales products and create solutions utilizing LiveIntent’s offerings to help drive impact, growth, and meet KPIs.Collaborate with teams across the LiveIntent ecosystem to proactively drive the development of new opportunities.Serve as an ambassador for our brands in market, clearly explaining our unique value proposition and platform.Identify, monitor, and accurately forecast sales activity.Act as a cross-functional leader with supporting teams: Account Managers, Optimizers, and Marketing.Participate in product roadmap build-out discussions based on client needs with product & engineering.Use knowledge of the relevant market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Qualifications10+ years digital advertising sales experience meeting or exceeding quota as a result of the sale of complex deals to Fortune 1,000 brands and national advertising agencies.Hands-on experience with ad technologies, such as: Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, measurement vendors (e.g. fraud, viewability, etc.), and data providers.Consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs.Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.Data-driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously.Flexible, self-starting attitude; able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization.
