This role as a member of the Desktop Engineering and Automation team will focus on the end to end Endpoint Engineering for CVS Health. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in the support and engineering of large scale environments including technologies such as Windows, macOS, Active Directory and Azure. This resource should be able to assist with process and efficiency improvements and be comfortable in discussions with senior leaders.Responsibilities
Act as a team lead amongst the different departments within the DTE&A organization.Act as a point of contact for large scale projects making sure that all necessary members of the team are properly engaged.Provide technical feedback and direction on the engineering and architecture of the CVSH Endpoint environment as a whole.Limited oncall rotation will be required as an escalation point.Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of internal process documentation and work instructions.Consistently keep leadership abreast of any ongoing issues or items requiring leadership attention.Foster a positive environment and demonstrate successful relationship building with cross-functional teams and business partners.Organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently.Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT industry experience.5+ years of Production Support work experience, analytical skills for business reported issues.3+ years of experience with Windows OS, Active Directory and Azure.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in and/or leading dynamic cross-competency teams using a structured project methodology is strongly preferred.Understanding of overall project management.A willingness to learn and grow in an ever changing environment.Be a confident member of an evolving team that is willing to work hard to make a difference for peers, business and other IT professionals.Some high level SQL experience.Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
