As the
Data Analyst , you will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics and play a pivotal role to address complex data needs, provide actionable insights, and prioritize timely, accurate reporting.Responsibilities include:Data Analytics:
Develop and refine financial data analytics strategy to inform decision-making and support operational goalsReporting:
Lead monthly and quarterly data reporting for financial close activitiesDashboard Creation and Design:
Design and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to track key financial metrics for senior leadershipAnalysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis using large, complex datasets to uncover trends and insightsData Models:
Collaborate with Finance to build, validate, and optimize data models for revenue forecasting and planningPresentations:
Prepare data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience developing presentations and reporting tools for executive-level reviewData Governance:
Establish data governance standards, document data flows, and ensure data quality across systemsWorkflow Optimization:
Support strategic projects and advise leadership on workflow optimization through automated reporting toolsDesired Skills:

Experience with SQL for data analysis and basic ERDEducation:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferredTools:
Proficiency in PowerBI, with a strong background in building executive-ready dashboardsSoftware(s):
Smartsheet experience is a plus but not requiredComplex Problem Solving:
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems independentlyExperience developing presentations and reporting tools for executive-level reviewCommunication:
