NursingPosition Summary:The Director of Clinical Strategic Transformation will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives that align with the clinical goals of the Nursing School. This role focuses on transforming clinical education, partnerships, and practices to ensure high-quality, innovative learning experiences for students while addressing the evolving needs of healthcare systems. The Director will work closely with faculty, clinical partners, and administrative leaders to enhance clinical education and practice models in a dynamic and strategic manner.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the nursing school’s strategic plan related to clinical education, research, and partnerships.Identify opportunities for innovation in clinical practice, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies into clinical education and practice environments.Lead transformational projects that align with healthcare trends, ensuring students are prepared for contemporary and future clinical challenges.Clinical Education TransformationCollaborate with faculty to evaluate and improve clinical teaching methods, ensuring best practices in nursing education.Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the clinical competency of students through innovative simulations, partnerships, and real-world experiences.Partner with clinical agencies to secure and develop clinical placement opportunities that provide diverse and high-quality learning environments for students.Evaluate clinical curricula in relation to evolving healthcare standards and patient care models, recommending improvements as necessary.Partnership and CollaborationEstablish and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, agencies, and other academic institutions to advance clinical education and practice.Foster relationships with clinical partners to ensure alignment between academic programs and the needs of healthcare employers.Represent the nursing school in local, regional, and national forums focused on clinical education and transformation in healthcare delivery.Operational ManagementOversee the allocation of resources related to clinical transformation projects, including budget planning, staff management, and technological resources.Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.Monitor and evaluate the success of clinical transformation initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform future actions and improvements.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and professional guidelines in clinical education.Leadership and MentorshipProvide leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff engaged in clinical education and practice transformation efforts.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the nursing school.Promote professional development opportunities for clinical faculty, staff, and students.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Education:
A Masters in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Public Health with a minimum of 8 years experience, or a Doctorate in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (PhD, DNP, EdD, DrPH, or DHA preferred).Experience:

of progressively responsible leadership roles in healthcare, nursing education, or clinical program management, with a proven track record in strategic transformation and process improvement.Preferred Qualifications:Doctorate in Nursing (DNP or PhD) or related field preferred.8 years

Proven experience
