What we do:The Client Services, Advertiser Team is focused on creating deeper, more innovative and more productive long-term relationships with our largest global advertisers and their agency partners. These team members support 2-3 brands, often at a global level, enabling the deepest understanding of each client's business needs. We take a consultative approach to designing mid to long-term engagement plans that support our client's most ambitious growth goals. We develop bespoke integrations across media, data, technology and business processes and work with our global counterparts focused on campaign management, solutions architecture and technical account management, product, insights and sales to execute and demonstrate business impact to C-level stakeholders.

What you'll do:Manage a portfolio of business across key strategic clients alongside teammates on Account Management, Trading, and Business Development teamsBalance long-term (12 months+) planning with short-term objectives to meet or exceed revenue goalsStudy your client's business opportunities, challenges and growth strategies to advise on strategic integrations across data, technology and business processesUse creative and strategic problem-solving skills to find solutions that are mutually beneficial to TTD and our clientsInfluence & execute corporate level strategy by driving growth with key clientsLead cross-division client communication, projects, and deliverablesPossess innate understanding of the varied business models employed by clients, ability to capture essence of a problem and results-driven mindset to build a solutionConstantly review and optimize workflow and processes for health of client's business, which involves project management of cross-functional teams.Quickly develop business acumen across assigned verticals & advertisers with ability to become trusted subject matter expertHelp to create and/or optimize ways of working and client-facing playbooksContribute to global account ownership for performance against revenue targets and P&L managementBuild, maintain, and execute engagement plans, both internally & externally, with clients and partnersInform our product roadmap and the global client services vision & strategy.Work closely with the client services team(s) to develop and execute an onboarding plan that will drive customer success with our programmatic buying platform.Govern global strategy, planning, and relationships for long-term growth of key global partnersCreate and evangelize thought-leadership

Who you are:10+ years relevant experience in media or a related industry, ideally with strong programmatic experience. Experience working with global teams is a plus. Experience in consulting or consultative roles a plus.Extensive experience in developing, nurturing and managing client strategy and executive-level relationships and C-Suite relationshipsTechnology vertical experience in previous Account Management, Trading, or Client Strategy rolesProven track-record in designing and executing client multi-year engagements and growth plansSuccessful in creating and evangelizing new thought leadership, ways of working or customer-facing solutionsAbility to build strong, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive teams, and industry groups through superb communication and interpersonal skillsAble to grasp and communicate with gravitas on media, marketing and technical subject matterUnderstanding of marketing strategies and how media, programmatic, data, measurement and technology fit into the full pictureTechnical fluency and ability to think creatively about how disparate systems, platforms and data streams could be integrated to serve client objectivesExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsHighly organized with a strong attention to detail
