This includes the effective coordination of ambulatory services delivered by JH School of Medicine faculty and providers and non-employed tenants.The Program Director leads the administrative, operational, financial, and strategic implementation activities of the ambulatory programs within the assigned region. Functions as a member of the ambulatory management dyad which will partner with SOM departments to oversee the operations of the practices within the region and is responsible for execution of clinical strategic growth and performance-related initiatives.The Program Director works collaboratively with clinical departments, nursing, physician leadership, other medical center departments, management, faculty, and other stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, effective and safe delivery of patient care, practice productivity, fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and high patient satisfaction.The Program Director is a senior management position serving as a member of both the Office of Johns Hopkins Physicians management team and the Johns Hopkins Health System regional leadership team.Education:Work requires broad knowledge of business and healthcare theories, principles, and concepts and a graduate degree in business, public health, or health services administration.Work Experience:This position requires an individual who has completed a minimum of 10 years in healthcare operations, preferably in an academic medical center ambulatory environment and strong working knowledge of Epic. Previous experience working with physician leadership and community physician groups and senior administration levels in a hospital environment is also required.Salary Range:

Minimum 47.58 per visit - Maximum 76.13 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
