It's an exciting time to join The Hershey Company as we continue our journey of rapid growth and transformation. We have a new opportunity on our Technology team, Director S4 Product OTC & TPM. As the Global Owner of the end-to-end OTC & TPM business process design within our Global Template, this role is accountable & responsible for ensuring a) stable business processes based on the Global Template, b) adoption of the Global Template across our enterprise, c) digitization and automation of our business processes while ensuring limited to no customization of S/4, and d) continuous leverage of new capabilities in S/4 due to annual upgrades. This role will lead our global OTC and TPM S/4 sustainment teams while partnering with the Sr Dir Global S/4 Sustainment, other Product Owners, and our Data & Reporting teams to develop & execute strategies to sustain, enhance, and digitize our Global Template including the underlying system landscape to enable efficient business growth while reducing our cost to serve. This includes critical operational processes covering our fulfillment, sales order, customer service, deduction, pricing & commercial execution, trade planning & execution, marketing planning & execution processes. Accountabilities: Digitization Adoption: Drive the broad adoption of process digitization through new technologies and features within & beyond the SAP S4 HANA ecosystem. Evolve our business processes into modern digitized processes within the respective area. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to a) monitor the health, efficiency, and performance of above processes and the S4 systems, and b) demonstrate continuous process improvements through optimization and automation. Leverage data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and support to sustain Global Template & S/4 and digitize our processes. Process Enhancement: Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the Global Template and S/4 landscape. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance. Documentation and Training: Maintain up-to-date documentation of Global Template and S/4 configurations, processes, and procedures. Ensure enhancement /development of training materials and execution of training sessions to skill-up end-user proficiency and compliance. Outcomes Expected: Sustained Global Template demonstrating stability of the processes and technology over the next 36 months. Reduce cost to serve and manual errors by leveraging process digitization. Ability to negotiate, influence and gain buy-in for scope and priorities with key stakeholders across the enterprise. Qualifications: Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the respective product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Set clear objectives and priorities aligned with business goals and strategy. Digitization and automation & continuous improvements: As an experienced and skilled problem solver, lead the continuous digitization and automation of our business processes in the respective area to drive down our operational cost, reduce error rates, and increase speed. Ensure limited to no customization of our S/4 core to enable continuous upgrades of S/4. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and implement best practices to drive operational excellence. Change & Stakeholder Management: Lead change management initiatives related to technology and process enhancements in the respective area. Develop and execute communication plans and training programs to ensure successful adoption and minimize disruption. Being able to engage and influence stakeholders and user communities across the enterprise to agree, align on, and adopt new ways of working. Cross functional work: Lead the cross-functional work to develop business processes, the underlying functional design, and system solutions. Leverage SAFe agile method to develop and implement the solutions. Education & Experience: Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master in STEM) preferred. Mix of Business and STEM degrees a big plus. Required Experience (yrs.): Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, business process leadership and managerial roles. Previous consulting experience in a top IT or Management Consulting firm preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CPG Business Processes in OTC / TPM and SAP S4 HANA, along with proven leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement. #LI-CT
