Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Sr Product Marketing Manager to lead Paid Search channel marketing to drive all Amazon Health Services (AHS) businesses, including OneMedical, Amazon Clinic, Amazon Pharmacy, and Health Condition Partnerships. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the paid marketing strategy to drive AHS adoption. This is a high-visibility position with scope for creativity and self-development.The primary responsibilities of the Search Marketing organization are to drive website traffic, maximize channel revenue, and improve customer experience. We manage Earned (SEO) and Paid Search channels (Text and Shopping Ads) on external search engines and run experiments to programmatically improve our ROI and find levers to grow the Amazon business.Key Responsibilities:Own Paid Search initiatives for Amazon Health Services (AHS) - including One Medical, Amazon Pharmacy, and Amazon Clinic.Act as the liaison between the Central Paid Search organization and the Health Services Marketing team.Identify priority automation opportunities for AHS by collaborating with central Search Product, Business, and Technology teams.Develop deep search channel insights in partnership with retail teams and international stakeholders.Translate channel insights into test plans, product/feature proposals, and optimization opportunities.Define and run tests, including A/B experiments.Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover optimization opportunities.Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.Qualifications:6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesDegree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar fieldExcellent business judgment and the ability to think strategically and execute methodicallyProven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for analysis and related toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbalDemonstrated ability to work effectively across business and international teamsStrong bias for action and sense of urgencyAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
