The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with tax exempt municipal bond financings and the ability to work independently. Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and writing skills required. This is a great opportunity to work on highly complex transactions and to develop client relationships. Must be admitted to and be a member in good standing of the New York Bar or a member in good standing in a jurisdiction with reciprocity with New York and able to waive into the New York Bar.Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City market is expected to range between $230,000- $350,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data.
