The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in construction defect law experience, civil defense litigation, general liability defense litigation, professional liability defense, insurance defense, and trial experience. Represent clients in legal proceedings, compose legal documents, and advise clients on legal mattersConduct legal research and analysis to ensure the best possible outcome for clientsPrepare and present cases in court, including trials, hearings, and depositionsNegotiate settlements on behalf of clients and draft settlement agreementsCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedingsAttend mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedingsKeep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clientsQualifications
