What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing field team members to enhance clinical acumen- Identify and collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote SSO2 Therapy- Create and maintain clinical messaging and sales tools to ensure effective communication of SSO2 Therapy benefits- Manage logistics for congresses, focus groups, webinars, and marketing campaigns- Prepare forecasts and manage finished goods inventory to align with operational plans
What is Required (Qualifications):- BA/BS or equivalent required; MBA preferred- Minimum of 5 years experience in medical device marketing- Background in interventional cardiology, structural heart, and/or heart failure preferred- Experience in building and executing field sales training programs with a focus on clinical content- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Experience with new product launches or therapy development, preferably in a medical device startup environment- Understanding of cardiac cath lab workflows and related cardiology products- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment- Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities- Exceptional presentation and writing skills
