What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Analyze and define system requirements to support software products in the clinical genetics area- Communicate functional requirements with stakeholders and internal scrum teams- Report project status updates to senior leadership and assist in understanding project timelines- Develop diagrams and flowcharts to aid the development team in understanding software solutions- Coordinate change control protocols to ensure business approval of production deployments
What is Required (Qualifications):- Domain knowledge of genetics, genetic testing, and/or healthcare- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a Biology-related discipline or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience with software development- Strong working knowledge and experience using JIRA- Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational/non-relational databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Scrum master experience- Project Manager experience- Experience facilitating project meetings and requirements gathering- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
