ASRC Federal is seeking a
Functional Requirements Analyst
to support our Defense Health Agency customer with military medical requirements and analyzing operational readiness capability gaps. Active Secret clearance required.Prepare JCIDS acquisition documentation based on current JCIDS Policy and JCIDS Manual.Prepare Requirement Description Packages (RDP) for Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendations (DCR), and Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBA) and other Readiness Health-related functional requirements.Work with Knowledge Management and Decision Support (KMDS) platform.Perform additional Readiness Health support activities such as managing and responding to all Taskers related to Program Objective Memorandum (POM) activities.Maintain Status Trackers for all projects assigned to the team.Create and maintain agendas, minutes, stakeholder lists, document files/folders, etc.Prepare basic process maps, track project milestones, and brief leaders on project issues, status, or results.Support Readiness governance boards and panels, including but not limited to: developing agendas, meeting minutes, action items; working with briefers, board members, and other team members to schedule and review presentations; address questions; provide portfolio management and governance process information.Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, analyses, briefings, and recommendations.Interface with customers at all levels and provide status/reports.Requirements:Bachelor's degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree.Two (2) years of experience with Military Health System (MHS) desired.Experience creating Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents from requirements, analysis, documentation, staffing, and approval (cradle to grave), i.e., through the acquisition process is preferred.Experience facilitating multi-Service Integrated Product Team and/or High-Performance Team working sessions for data collection, collaborations, and document reviews.Ability to complete JCIDS-related courses in the online Defense Acquisition University is required.Excellent MS PowerPoint, TEAMS, and other MS Office products required.Excellent customer-facing communications skills (writing, editing, proofing, briefings, meeting facilitation, agendas, minutes, etc.) required.Excellent responsiveness and ability to shift tasks as priorities change required.User experience with the Joint Staff KM/DS system a plus.Experience using ETMS2, TMT, CATMS, or other official task management system a plus.Experience working with a functional requirements repository system is a plus.US Citizenship and an active SECRET clearance is required.
