Role Overview:
As the Events & Partnership Manager at Jacques Marie Mage, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing exclusive events and managing high-profile partnerships that elevate the brand's status in the luxury eyewear market. You will play a key role in building strategic alliances and organizing events that resonate with our discerning clientele, while ensuring that all initiatives reflect the craftsmanship, quality, and heritage associated with Jacques Marie Mage. This role requires a creative, resourceful, and relationship-driven professional with deep industry connections and a passion for luxury experiences.
Your responsibilities are – but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Execution : Plan and execute luxury events, including product launches, private client experiences, exclusive showings, and collaborations that align with Jacques Marie Mage’s brand identity and attract VIP clientele.
Partnership Development : Support and manage strategic partnerships with brands, designers, influencers, and cultural institutions that complement the brand’s high-end ethos.
Brand Representation : Ensure all events and partnerships maintain Jacques Marie Mage's brand values, focusing on premium quality, exclusivity, and artistic innovation.
Budget & Resource Management : Oversee event and partnership budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation while delivering high-impact experiences.
Vendor & Venue Coordination : Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of all events from start to finish.
Collaborative Marketing Efforts : Work closely with the marketing team to integrate event and partnership strategies into broader campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Performance Tracking : Evaluate the success of events and partnerships, using key performance metrics and feedback to inform future strategies and ensure continued growth.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in luxury event management and partnership development, ideally in the fashion, eyewear, or luxury goods sectors.
Strong network within the luxury industry, including contacts with luxury brands, influencers, and high-end venues.
Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of the luxury eyewear market and consumer behavior, with a keen eye for design and craftsmanship.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
Budget management skills and experience in delivering high-end experiences within financial constraints.
Willingness to travel for events and work non-traditional hours as needed.
