Support all aspects of HR from an administrative standpoint, including talent development, talent acquisition, benefits, and HR operations as needed.Assist the HR Business Partners and help draft, prepare and distribute HR-related communications.Auditing new hire data in our HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to pull reports, data management.Help with programs that promote employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture in the DC office, aligning with our company's C3 initiatives.Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires in our DC office.Coordinate training initiatives and provide support to our Talent Development team.Perform other HR or general office duties as required and assigned.Function as back-up to the team for various ad hoc projects.Qualifications:

This role requires a strong focus on administrative tasks.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.Strong passion for nonprofit organizations or foundations.Excellent communication, ability to influence, and organizational skills.Experience in executing HR initiatives in organizations with diverse or multi-client environments and professional services.Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance tactical and strategic responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications:

Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines.Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations.
