Serves as the primary point of contact for the DC staff questions on company policies and proceduresWorks in coordination with HR Managers and other leaders within the organization to appropriately resolve employee relations issuesManage the onboarding and off-boarding processesMaintain appropriate staff records within HRISAssist with HR Analytics and reporting, compensation, preparation of annual affirmative action plan, as well as performance management processPartner with HR colleagues and leadership teams in development and execution of human resources initiatives to meet business goalsProvide support in the recruitment process and execution of the workforce planning strategyLeverage the exit survey process and related turnover dataMaintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment lawAssist with department policy review and revisionMaintain up to date job descriptions for all positionsQualifications
8+ years of progressive experience working in Human Resources, specifically in employee relations, talent development, recruiting, onboarding, and complianceBachelor’s Degree in human resources, business management, social sciences or a related fieldMust have applicant tracking system experience, preferably iCIMS or another similar toolPaycheck Flex experience preferredPHR and or SHRM-CP certification preferredExperience in an Architecture or Engineering firm preferredMust be highly organized, detailed, and customer-orientedMust have solid judgement, discretion, and have the ability to manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentialityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on multiple projects while meeting deadlinesStrong technology skills in addition to an ability to pick up on systems quicklyMust have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of staff throughout the organizationA strong collaborator who can work effectively in a team-focused, multi-tasking environmentExceptional MS office suite skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power PointBase Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location)
