Experience
in 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience mixed with 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Technical Skills
: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (Paycom, UltiPro or Paychex)
Soft Skills
: strong communication skills, proactive
Education
: BA/BS required
Proof of vaccination against Covid-19
: Required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure all practices are in line with current labor laws and best practices.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
