to support their team.

8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Candidate Profile:

Experience in –

5+ years of proven HR experience

Recruiting, Training/Onboarding, Employee Relations, Payroll

Hospitality, manufacturing, or retail experience is a must have

Proficient in –

Microsoft Office Suite, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Paychex (nice to have)

Soft Skills –

collaborative, no task too small mentality

Education –

Bachelors preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Formulates and recommends human resources policies and objectives for the entire company

Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish positive employer-employee and employee-employee relationships.

Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.

Acts as the primary contact with labor counsel and outside government agencies.

Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with human resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.

Approves recommendations for terminations and disciplinary actions.

Directs a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the company.

Establishes wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs.

Administers payroll for the company bi-weekly and semi-monthly.

Establishes standard recruiting practices and procedures to ensure a diverse workforce. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt personnel; writes and places advertisements.

Designs and delivers training, safety, education, and development programs to the company.

Responsible for administration of and compliance with all AAP / EEOC policies and procedures. Works with third party consultant to produce annual AAP document.

Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.

Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.

Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Consults with CEO on personnel or legal matters.
