INT’s fundamental role within the WB is to help detect, prevent, and deter fraud and corruption in the use of the WB’s financial resources.Duties and AccountabilitiesPreventive SupportServe as PSU’s Integrity Risk Specialist for Integrity Risk Management and support PSU Program Coordination.Using data tools developed by INT, review the operations pipeline with the PSU Regional Focal Points to identify potential overlaps between proposed operations and recent or ongoing INT cases.Support the PSU review of project risks in ongoing or completed investigations.Provide ad hoc support to field- and HQ-based PSU staff depending on needs as they arise.Join PSU meetings to coordinate dialogue with regional counterparts, WB clients, and anti-corruption authorities.Selection CriteriaAdvanced degree and training in a field closely related to international development.At least 5 years of experience in international development projects and programs or anticorruption in international development projects.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.Fluency in both oral and written English is mandatory.Proven conceptual, analytical and evaluation skills.CompetenciesClient OrientationDrive for ResultsTeamwork (Collaboration) and InclusionKnowledge, Learning and CommunicationThe World Bank Group offers comprehensive benefits, including a retirement plan; medical, life and disability insurance; and paid leave, including parental leave.We are proud to be an equal opportunity and inclusive employer.
