Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Lead Compensation professional to oversee and enhance the administration of incentive plans for our Shipboard teams. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to document, validate, and improve bonus, commission, supplemental, and gratuity payment programs.

NOTE:

This is a full-time in-person role based in the company’s headquarters in Miami, FL. Applicants must be available to work in Miami – Thursday with work from home on Friday.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the documentation and maintenance of incentive plans for Shipboard teams.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of incentive plans with organizational goals.

Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for program enhancement.

Lead the development and implementation of new incentive programs to drive performance and employee engagement.

Conduct and oversee regular audits and validation checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Work with Finance to ensure correct processing and accurate data reporting for incentive plans.

Provide strategic guidance to Operations in adapting incentive plans to meet changing business needs.

Maintain data for the annual risk assessment of incentive plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in compensation and incentive design and apply insights to program enhancements.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience in compensation analysis with a proven track record in managing and leading initiatives is preferred.

Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Experience with sales plan administration is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in data management.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
