Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in a Business Management field, including but not limited to, Marketing, Public Administration, Accounting or Management Information Services.Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care.Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment in long-term care.Demonstrated effective supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated fiscal and human resource management skills.Work history in an office setting.Computer proficiency, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.Because of our commitment to the health and well-being of both you and the residents we serve, you will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment health assessment and participate in both the seasonal influenza and COVID-19 vaccination programs to be considered for employment.
