Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF)Posted Oct 14, 2024Human Resources AssociateJob SummaryThe HR Associate will support the Human Resources department by performing a range of administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the effective functioning of day-to-day HR activities. This position is responsible for assisting in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and responding to general HR inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.QualificationsA High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.A minimum of one year of experience in a human resources or administrative role is required.
